Session Summary: Support job doesn’t sound as good as others to most of the people. In this session, I will be mostly talking about the support system in WordPress and it will revolve around my experiences of being a support staff for 4+ years.
This session will also enlighten the audience about the job opportunity in WordPress other than design and development. This includes the journey of getting to the support staff and what are the skills required and mostly focuses on the dynamic and spontaneous role that is played by support staff for any product.
